As operators of both Marcus Funeral Services in Tucson, AZ and Angels in Waiting Cremation & Burial Service in Casa Grande, AZ, we have made this website available to help with information on stone memorials and other at need items, such as, funeral service stationary, prayer cards, memorial folders, and casket head panels (inserts). These items are offered from either one of our locations.

Please call to schedule an appointment to began the process for a headstone/stone memorial or simply to answer any questions you may have. Stationary items can be ordered by way of a phone call, scanning, and emails. Please keep in mind, at need products with a specific need by date and time are encouraged to be placed at your earliest convenience in order to meet its need by date and to avoid rush fees. There is no printing/production of stationary products over the weekend or holidays.

Production Timeline

NOTICE: Since the onset of Covid 19, it is important to note we continue to strive in meeting every satisfaction of all our customers, however, during this unfortunate pandemic the overall production process at any given time may be affected by the pandemic. Should there be any drastic delay or interruptions to any orders you will be informed immediately at the contact number on file. Currently orders have been meeting completion dates, so long as orders are placed in an reasonable amount time for orders to be completed . We thank you for your patience and understanding during these trying times.

Production time generally takes anywhere from 3 - 6 months, but could be sooner depending on stone availability and the number of approved orders already slated for production. The production time will began once your order is (1st.), a final proof has been approved and signed, (2nd.), your order is contracted, and (3rd.), payment has been satisfied or a payment contract has been approved. Once 1-3 are satisfied is when the timeline process starts towards the completion date anticipated in your contract. Some orders may take longer depending on particular stone sizes, color, and/or engraving detail required, there again, it is important we contract orders as soon as possible for any specific need by dates.

Rush orders required an added rush charge and may not be guaranteed if a reasonable amount of time is NOT given for your order to be completed. You will be informed at the time of contracting of any concerns for meeting any need by dates.
